COMPANY FORMATION

Company formation with e-Residency

Estonia is the first country to offer e-Residency, a government-issued digital identity, and status that provides access to Estonia’s transparent business environment, creating a new digital nation for the world. From all over the world, e-resident entrepreneurs can start an EU-based company and manage their business from anywhere, entirely online. Each member, shareholder, and/or board member of the company is strongly advised to apply for e-residency. We offer our assistance in obtaining an E-residency and it takes approximately 6 – 8 weeks from the moment of application. Once all the members have their e-residency cards, then we can establish a company.
