We will inform you of annual fees due, in relation to your company, formed through our service. We will send you any service of process packages we may receive as your formation agent.
If courier fees are necessary to forward Service of Process we will charge a service fee. We do not give or sell your name, email address, address information or any other personal information to any third party for marketing purposes and will reveal such information ONLY if required by law to disclose such information.
Every effort to secure your data against criminal outside disclosure is being taken over the internet. It is your responsibility to notify us of any change in address information, so that we can send you tax compliance notices, any invoices and service of process.
