- Notarized bill of sale (which will be returned to you)
- The builder’s certificate or manufacturer’s statement of origin.
- Hull ID (original pencil itching or original photo)
- Passport copy of the owner

All documents must be translated into English language.
Once the boat is registered, the client will receive a “Registration Certificate”, containing boat and owner details. The client may request a “Verification letter” to be issued by the State of Delaware boat registration office, that lists some of the boat details.

This letter is not a part of the State of Delaware boat registration process and must always be requested by the client for an additional fee.
